Manganese Tetraoxide (Mn304), a specialized high-density material with a Manganese (Mn) content of 65%, is used in the oil drilling industry as a weighting agent in drilling fluids. Mn30, is chemically stable and exhibits minimal reactivity with other drilling fluid additives, ensuring compatibility and consistent performance under high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) conditions. It is especially effective in water-and oil-based mud systems, offering an environmentally safer alternative to traditional heavy metals. Mn30, exhibits minimal interaction with other mud additives, thereby preserving the rheological and filtration properties of the drilling fluid
